Produced from fresh skimmed milk via acid precipitation, water washing (to remove lactose), alkaline neutralization with Ca(OH)₂, and spray drying, with 0.3% sunflower lecithin added for instantization. Protein content reaches 91% (96% on dry matter basis), lactose is extremely low (≤ 0.25%), fat is ≤ 1.5%, and pH is tightly controlled at 6.5–7.1 for batch-to-batch consistency. The powder is white, neutral-tasting, low-dusting, and disperses readily to form a thick, creamy milk-like drink.
